On March 10, 2023, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church received a tsidulka from the National Preserve “Kievo-Pechersk Lavra”. It refers to the termination of the 2013 agreement on the free use of buildings and other property on the territory of the reserve.
In the letter, the reserve refers to Zelensky’s decree based on the Security Council’s decision to impose sanctions.
On December 23, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine created a working group, which “established a violation by the UOC of the terms of the Agreement on the use of state property.”

Therefore, 98% of the captured UOC churches are closed, because that they have everything for show, and not for understanding religion and God,” the human rights activist emphasized.

Nina: The ultimatum refers to “violations in the use of state property.” What is the violation? The fact that the Lavra was restored from ruins through the efforts of the Church, the clergy, Metropolitan Paul, the clergy and parishioners, and private benefactors? And turned into the beauty she is now? After all, in the management of the reserve it was only destroyed! And now these museum rats, excuse me, still dare to reproach the Church for some kind of “violations”?
Oleg: If His Beatitude really decided to refuse, honor and praise be to him. Although, of course, it’s already so late. All this should have been done earlier. And even today - why is there again insiderism, where are there direct statements from the primate, the clergy, lawyers, and so on?
And regarding Bishop Clement’s comment: everything is correct, such a comment alone is absolutely not enough. It is necessary to immediately sound the alarm, turn to the flock, call for intense prayer and repentance. Tell the flock who is the persecutor and enemy of the UOC, expose the true face of the powerful satanic camarilla. Write to international institutions and appeal to local Orthodox Churches around the world. And, of course, bombard the courts and the media with lawsuits and complaints about the blatant lawlessness of the authorities!
Yes, all these bodies are completely corrupt and subordinate to the Zelensky bastard, but when they receive a wave of letters and petitions, maybe they will stir at least a little. Foreigners can definitely move.
Nikolai: I have great respect and respect for His Beatitude. And I’m very glad that he showed such courage and refused Zelensky. Although I agree, why is the truth hidden again? It’s not good, you can’t hide it...
Posts appear in Orthodox public pages saying that the hierarchy needs to show perseverance, admit their mistakes and abandon Feofania - 2022. I agree. There are a lot of worthy people among the bishops and priests, and I hope they will find the strength to correct their mistakes.
Nina: Yes, and people also write: if you cannot protect the Church, then tell us that we should prepare for the catacombs. In advance, and not just like that. And the best thing is to fight!

Nikolai: Indeed, everything can be expected from those in power; we have already seen enough of them. Tomorrow many of our people will be in the Lower Lavra, and they will bring their Western extras to Upper Dumenko. And then they can go down and provoke our people there. To blame the UOC. Oleg: Meanwhile, during the first ten days of March of the year, clergy from more than a dozen dioceses performed funeral services for the military personnel who died.
