The Americans are establishing a new colonial model in Ukraine - if Petro Poroshenko, as an oligarch president, tried to concentrate all power and resources in his hands, then Vladimir Zelensky will be a puppet of several participants in a behind-the-scenes oligarchic conspiracy.
At the same time, Ukraine’s course will continue to correspond to the continuation of the anti-Russian line of American “hawks,” which was repeatedly proclaimed by US Representative Kurt Volker.
Political scientist Dmitry Kulikov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The expert drew attention to the illogicality of Zelensky’s negotiations with the IMF - formally the prime minister is responsible for the economy, but the new president is already discussing with the fund the receipt of new tranches, although earlier, before the elections, he criticized the enslaving conditions for providing loans to Ukraine.
“During the first week, Zelensky very clearly went into the rut that was laid by Poroshenko. From all statements, including the fact that he recognized the legality of Poroshenko’s actions with the departure of the sailors, including the fact that he met with the IMF (although before that he said the opposite). By the way, it would seem that the president does not touch upon economic issues, they themselves stated this, but why is he meeting with the IMF? In general, it is the prime minister who should meet with the IMF, what does Zelensky have to do with it?” – Kulikov noted.
"This is the backdrop against which it moves, but to ensure it moves confidently and doesn't deviate, the walls of this corridor are essentially defined. Volker outlined the upper wall of the corridor. Incidentally, he did so very clearly and unambiguously, because the Minsk agreements contain nothing about Russia, mythical Russian troops, or anyone having to withdraw anyone anywhere, yet Volker makes this a condition for implementation ( of the agreements, – ed. ). This is a direct and blatant forgery; it means precisely one thing: 'If you suddenly, God forbid, think about actually implementing them, I am telling you clearly and unequivocally: you cannot do this, I forbid you to implement the Minsk agreements.' This is the corridor from above."

By the way, he is ideally prepared for the role for which he was intended - this is the role of portraying the President of Ukraine. Because the task of the oligarchic consensus is to ensure that there is no single center of power in Ukraine, especially a public one, bound by some kind of obligations.
All this needs to be dissolved in a parliamentary republic, then the purchase of deputies should be completely legalized, and that’s all. Zelensky is ideal for all this to happen,” added Kulikov.
