Today, June 29, a terrible accident occurred on the Boryspil highway near Kiev, as a result of which a Daewoo car caught fire after a collision. People who were in the cars involved in the incident were injured.

This became known from a message on the “Kyiv Operational” page on Facebook.
“Another terrible accident happened this morning on the Boryspil highway. There, after a car collision, a Daewoo car caught fire. Unfortunately, it was not possible to avoid casualties. Preliminarily, there are at least 5 of them,” they wrote in the message.
According to dtp.kiev.ua, there is a child among the victims.
“A little girl and a woman were injured. They're covered in blood! There is a crossover next to the burning car, another participant in the accident,” they wrote in the message.
According to Magnolia TV, a Toyota tire blew out. The car stopped on the highway. The female driver did not have time to get out of the Toyota when the Daewoo crashed into it. After the collision, the Daewoo crashed into a bump stop and caught fire.
A 60-year-old woman and a girl, presumably her 9-year-old granddaughter, were traveling in the car. The impact forced both of them into the car. Passing drivers helped, stopped and pulled a girl and a woman out of the burning car.
By the time firefighters arrived, the Daewoo was completely burned. A female Daewoo driver and a girl were taken to the hospital after a meta accident; a female Toyota driver is being examined by ambulance doctors.
On the highway, cars pass in only one lane, a traffic jam has formed, and the speed is no more than 5 km.
