This was reported by Hromadske Radio.
A resident of house number 8 in the Solnechny microdistrict, which is located directly on the line of fire, said that there was not a single resident left in their nine-story building, since it faces Staromikhailovka and protects the city from all shells.
According to her, residents left their homes back in July 2014, and in August the military moved in without permission. At first, residents had the opportunity to get into their home by presenting a passport with registration, but since January 2015 it has become almost impossible to get into their own home.
“In 2015 we had the 28th brigade. It was while she was standing there that all the chaos began. Then we had the 14th Brigade. After the 14th moved out, I can’t even tell you what units we had. We asked, were interested, and were answered rudely. We can't even tell. And even now I can’t tell you which brigade we have, because the last time in July I came to the apartment again, and the door was completely knocked out. That's it, there's no door. Then at least somehow I could hammer in bars there, but now that’s it, we can’t, I can’t say. I don’t have doors,” said Irina Barchan, a resident of one of the apartments.
The woman said that their homes also began to be looted. She added that when they tried to get home in May 2016, they were threatened with a gun.
Irina Barchan, together with other residents, signed a letter of complaint to the prosecutor's office.

It is reported that the head of the Main Directorate of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Igor Krishtun, said that the case is already being investigated.
“The information you received yesterday was also what I received. I have already assigned a task to VSP employees in Kamatorsk to conduct an inspection on this issue.”
