In the Ukrainian-controlled Luhansk region, border guards detained two local residents who were transporting fuel from Russia by boat.

This was reported by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
It is reported that a squad of border guards discovered the violators with two boats on the banks of the Derkul River. During the arrest, one of the offenders tried to escape, but was detained.
During the inspection, 140 liters of gasoline and more than 20 empty cans were found in the boats.
The border guards handed over the confiscated goods to representatives of the fiscal service, and administrative proceedings were drawn up against the detainees.
