The head of the so-called “Donetsk military-civil administration” Pavel Zhebrivsky, appointed by Kiev, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“I examined the real state of affairs with the TV tower on Karachun. Today the mast elements are being welded. Tomorrow, if the weather is favorable, they will begin to lift it up. All that remains is to secure it, secure the guy wires, and install the transmission equipment. First of all, the transmitter of the First National will be installed,” Zhebrivsky wrote.

Let us remind you that the total height of the tower will be about 186 meters, and the total number of sections of the tower will be 24. The total budget for the restoration of the TV tower is UAH 10 million.
