Zelensky was offered to hire the person who created Yanukovych’s image in Europe
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin said that he is ready to cooperate with the new president, but “he will not deviate from his values.”
Klimkin’s statement was immediately commented on by ex-official from the times of Viktor Yanukovych, Andrei Portnov, whom rumors persistently associate with Vladimir Zelensky’s team.
“I think everyone is very happy. It was like a stone had been lifted from my soul. We have to take it, especially since the person involved is a former member of Yanukovych’s team. Let me remind you that the functionary worked as our Ambassador to Germany, and his key responsibility was to position Yanukovych as a reformer and European President. He coped with the task perfectly. We must take it. He won’t give up on his values,” Portnov quipped in his Telegram channel.
