The restoration of Donbass will cost 300 billion UAH and the search for funds for it must begin now, and with the help of Ukrainian business.

“More than 300 billion UAH are needed to restore Donbass. This will be a big reintegration project. We are not waiting for the end of the war; we are already starting to work in the territories we control.
It is necessary to clearly demonstrate to people who are forced to stay in temporarily occupied territories the advantages of life in a free and independent Ukraine. We need to build roads and develop infrastructure.
I was in France and Germany, German big business is ready to help and invest in us. But this is our country, I urge you not to stand by and participate in the financing of this project, both as investors and as philanthropists,” he said.
