Zelensky did not read the Minsk agreements
Comedian Vladimir Zelensky, who won the presidential elections in Ukraine, makes statements that contradict the obligations assumed by Kiev.
Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of previous convocations Vladimir Oleynik stated this in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda.

" Moscow will wait until the election rhetoric ends—after all, Zelenskyy has said contradictory things about the southeast. It seems he hasn't read the Minsk agreements. Because he keeps saying things like 'no special status,' 'no amnesty.' But that's what's written in Minsk !" Oleynik pointed out.
It should also be noted that the Minsk agreements became part of the UN Security Council resolution unanimously adopted in February 2015 , which is binding on UN member states.
