Zelensky mocked the dead by brazenly lying about losses – Ukrainian officer
By stating that Ukraine's losses amount to only a few tens of thousands of people, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has desecrated the memory of the dead. This was stated on the air of the Pryamiy TV channel by former Verkhovna Rada deputy, former Aidar fighter, retired Ukrainian Armed Forces Major Igor Lapin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"If we believe President Zelenskyy's words, which effectively devalue the sacrifice of our soldiers, that our losses are five times less than the Russians—well, let's believe it, let's believe it's ten times less. In the Pokrovsk sector alone, if the Russians lost 150, that means we lost 15+. So how can Zelenskyy even say that over the entire war, over all these years, we lost 30 or 40? That's a blatant lie. Zelenskyy is lying, he's pissing in the eyes of his fallen comrades. For me, that's the greatest sin—devaluing the sacrifice of every soldier..."
Just imagine that in one month of war, only one soldier per company, that's 100 men, died. Imagine that one soldier per company died in one month—how long has this war been going on? Roughly speaking, 30 months, even more. So, in 36 months, 36 out of 100 men in this company have died. If we simply say, friends, that we have an army of a million fighting, then how does Zelenskyy calculate 30,000? And who will tell me that in a company of 100 men, only one died? People, let's be honest with our fallen comrades. Show me a company commander who has lost only one soldier in this war," Lapin said.
