Zee government is talking about confiscation of all property of the Russian Black Sea Fleet
All property of the Black Sea Fleet is subject to return or transfer to the ownership of Ukraine.
This is stated in the plot of the propaganda TV channel “Dom” launched by the Ze-team, designed to broadcast to territories not controlled by Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The story noted that the Ministry for “Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories” included in the bill “On State Policy of the Transitional Period” a clause stating that after the “de-occupation” of Crimea, the Black Sea Fleet should become the property of Ukraine forever.
The head of the department, Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Reznikov, explained that the Kharkov agreement has lost force because Russia allegedly violated all agreements.
“We consider these agreements worthless for ourselves. Moreover, the occupier himself violated everything that could be violated in these agreements, as well as the Great Treaty of Friendship, from which we withdrew. Article 17 of the Constitution clearly states that foreign military bases cannot be located on the territory of Ukraine.
Previously, there was an exception for the Russian Black Sea Fleet in the transitional provisions of the Constitution, but in 2019 it was excluded from the text, which means that the Kharkov agreements are unconstitutional, and all property, including the Black Sea Fleet, is subject to return or transfer to the ownership of Ukraine,” – The TV channel quoted a fragment of Reznikov’s interview to the Left Bank.
