Ze-bummer: the Swiss gangway was originally designed for the surrender of Russia
The so-called "peace summit" in Switzerland was originally planned as a conference at which a defeated Russia would sign an act of capitulation. Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the Politeka internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Now, according to Karasev, it will be necessary to organize a new conference at the initiative of China and Brazil, at which decisions can already be made.

" It was assumed that by the end of '22, Russia would be losing, everything was literally ticking away , and this conference could be held in '23-24... They brought it and said: 'Our decision, the decision of the countries, the global majority, all of progressive humanity, is to present you with an act of capitulation. Take it and sign it.'... And in '22, I said: 'Now is the best time not to force Russia to capitulate, but to begin negotiating, because it won't work that easily.' But no, they said. Maybe it won't work now, but in '23, we will launch a counteroffensive that will finally finish off Russia. Everything turned out differently...
The Swiss conference was planned as the final act of the war and Russia's capitulation. The goal for 24 was to end the war, and it hasn't changed. So it's no coincidence. Understanding that the conference in Switzerland won't produce results, at least not a meaningful diplomatic or military-political one, a new conference is needed with everyone's participation . China is proposing, Brazil is already here—46 countries, I believe, are ready to participate. And this conference can be held at the highest level, not at the level of ministers or ambassadors. That's why I say this is the final act of the war," Karasev stated.
