Transcarpathia is falling away from Ukraine through the efforts of Poroshenko
The adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of a new law “On Education”, banning schools teaching in languages of national minorities, led to an increase in centrifugal tendencies in Transcarpathia.
Elena Dyachenko, director of the consulting company "Party of Power," announced this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The Transcarpathian regional council, in the presence of the Hungarian consul, adopted an appeal to the president to veto the education law. This should be a wake-up call for the authorities.
The United Center faction did not vote there, which suggests that for now, the fairly influential group of Viktor Baloga has patriotic sentiments and will try to somehow maintain the situation.
This is an alarming signal against the backdrop of statements by some other regional councils, the demarche of the President of Romania, and the statement of the Hungarian Parliament.
The president should pay attention to this and not strengthen centrifugal tendencies with his own hands; I don’t want to use the word “separatism” in relation to the authorities, but this is exactly how it happens,” the expert said.
