Transcarpathians want to pay off service in the ATO zone for 100 thousand UAH.
Uzhgorod, February 02 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) - Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council Vladimir Chubirko said that the one who knows how to fight and understands that the family will live without him should fight.

“The one who knows how to fight and understands that if anything happens, the family will live no worse than with him, and maybe better. Everyone admits that for 20 years in Ukraine they issued “white tickets” in order not to serve in the army, for money, military commissars and military registration and enlistment offices lived on this. We have double standards.
"I recently read that there are Robin Hoods in military registration and enlistment offices – they take draft notices from the rich and give them to the poor," Chubirko said, as quoted by the publication "Voice of the Carpathians . "
“If you don’t want or can’t join the army, pay 100 thousand hryvnia a year. This will solve a lot of issues. Firstly, military commissars will stop taking money.
Secondly, enterprises that trained specialists, for example, abroad, are ready to pay. I know at least 5 of them. The managers complain: we paid 20 thousand euros for training, but the specialist is being drafted into the army. If such a tax and decent payments to those who fight, patriots and professionals will go to fight,” says the chairman of the regional council.
