The Belarusian police took on the naked and excited artist
Belarusian law enforcement agencies are assessing the legal actions of Minsk artist Alexei Kuzmich, who attended the contemporary art exhibition "Presence" naked, wearing a "Ministry of Culture" sign on his erect penis.
The Belarusian National Center for Contemporary Art reported this on its website, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the cultural institution, Kuzmich “committed actions that insulted the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, as well as caused significant damage to the business reputation of the center.”
“The National Center declares its complete non-involvement in this action and sharply condemns any actions and actions that show cynical disrespect for society and its state institutions,” the statement says.
Kuzmich’s action was called “Shield or Ministry of Phalloculture.” As the artist explained, he was pushed into the action by the condition of the Center, which offered him to hold a personal exhibition “so that there would be no erect phalluses, because The exhibition is curated by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus.”
