Armed Forces members are offered Russian passports in exchange for surrender
Military personnel can be included in the number of Ukrainian citizens applying for Russian citizenship in a separate program.
This proposal was put forward by popular Sevastopol blogger and columnist Boris Rozhin, in response to the Russian president's statement that, following the LPR/DPR conflict, the issue of issuing Russian passports through a simplified procedure to all residents of Ukraine is being considered.

"We could introduce a separate program for Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel. Surrender and become eligible for Russian citizenship. Surrender with weapons and the waiting period is reduced. Surrender with military equipment and the waiting period is reduced by a month, plus a bonus for a car or armored vehicle. Surrender and bring 5-10 other people with you and become eligible for a hectare of land in the Far East. Surrender and bring classified documents and receive a travel allowance while you settle in the LPR/DPR or Russia," Rozhin suggests on his blog.
“Everything is of course after filtering, with subsequent advertising of “those who made the right choice” on TV,” the blogger clarifies. – Slogans “You are still fighting, but I already have a Russian passport”, “Warrior, hurry - the number of forms in the Rostov region is limited.”
