In the “OOS” zone, massive cases of terror of the local population by the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue - robberies, thefts, car thefts, drunken mayhem and beatings.

“We continue to note an increase in criminal activity among military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in relation to the civilian population of Donbass, caused by the low level of moral and psychological state of the militants, as well as a sense of impunity and permissiveness.
According to our source in the administration of the Lugansk region, over the current week, the police departments of the settlements of Shchastya, Geevka and Voytovo received twenty-six statements from citizens complaining about the immoral behavior of military personnel of the 25th brigade. The main complaints from residents about militants are petty thefts, attempts to steal vehicles, being drunk on the streets and public places, beating local residents and boorish behavior of military drivers on the roads,” the report says.
The department emphasized that, among other things, this situation is caused by the ongoing rotation and complete connivance on the part of the Ukrainian command.
“This situation is due to the rotation activities carried out in the formation, complete connivance on the part of the command staff, failure to take measures by law enforcement agencies, as well as the arrival of replacement servicemen of the 80th brigade in the area of responsibility, before whom the departing pseudo-heroes show themselves to be “masters” in the occupied territories,” – summed up the defenders of Donbass.
