The Ukrainian Armed Forces can concentrate an offensive strike in any direction where the Russian defense shows weakness during the general “counter-offensive.”
Russian military correspondent Alexander Kots stated this on radio “KP,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In general, I believe that the Ukrainian army does not have the main blow right now. They have a plan for each direction, there is a basic plan, but they will strike everywhere at once and will look where it is thin, where they can break through. If they manage to put pressure on Melitopol, they will transfer reserves to Melitopol even from Svatovo-Kremennaya, if necessary. If they manage to push on the flanks of Artyomovsk, then they will transfer there, although it is already very crowded there.
It will be possible to reach Mariupol through Volnovakha, which means they will try to cut off Donetsk from the south of the republic and surround Mariupol, but this is such a completely adventurous idea, but why not?” he noted.
“Look, into all these stories from the Western and Ukrainian media about something not being ready there, Ukraine lacking something, etc. - this is all talk in favor of the poor. This is all an attempt to drag us into some kind of radio game and show our command, first of all, that things are bad in Ukraine and a counter-offensive is about to begin. It will begin, I think, in the near future,” Kots said.
