Vladimir Kornilov, director of the Center for Eurasian Studies, commented on this unexpected call from one of Ukraine's most pro-Western media outlets on his Facebook page.
“Well, that’s it, a wonderful formula has been found! The EU has been racking its brains for a long time about how to deny Ukraine a visa-free regime, because of which people were killed on the Maidan. And it seems they came up with it!
Look how one of the main organizers of this Maidan - Ukrainian Truth - is now humbly asking the same Europe (note, on whose grants this site exists) to deny visa-free travel to Ukrainians! Moreover, he emphasizes that This is not the position of some journalist, but of the editorial office of UkrPravda itself! So the EU can now calmly announce: “We are denying Ukraine a visa-free regime due to numerous requests from the democratic public,” the political scientist wrote.
“I wonder if Pritule & Co. Brussels will increase the content in gratitude for this?
And how they rode on the Maidan, eh! How they sang! How they killed…” added Kornilov.
