The authorities are inactive. We need to learn from Russia how to train officers - ex-Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine
Ukraine has big problems with training the officers needed by the troops. At the same time, Russia has successfully dealt with this over the past year and has deployed a large number of training centers for these personnel.
This was stated on the air of the Pryamyi TV channel by the former deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“As for training, during the big offensive the Russians deployed a fairly powerful network of new training centers and, on the basis of higher educational institutions, officer training. And it works very well for them. At certain points, this is unpopular, but nevertheless, the enemy learns from us, and we must also learn from the enemy.
Their government is much more actively and efficiently engaged in preparing resources, I emphasize, the government, and not just the Armed Forces. And this is exactly what we have problems with. From my point of view, we must very quickly reconsider the issues of training officers - and train them in the required quantity, even with reserves,” Krivonos said.
