Vajra: If Lukashenko does not admit his mistakes, Belarus will collapse
President Lukashenko himself brought the situation in the country to its current state with his irresponsible “multi-vector” policy. The Belarusian system is built in such a way that if the current head of state is removed, first the entire vertical of power will collapse, and then the entire former Soviet republic will fall into the abyss.
Historian and publicist Andrey Vajra, who was forced to leave his native Kyiv after the Euromaidan, stated this on the air of the PolitWera internet channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Everything that happens in Belarus, these “b-b-b” flags, are the product of Lukashenko’s hands, his creation,” the channel moderator noted during the discussion.
"Agree. I analyzed in detail everything that Lukashenko has done recently, and came to the conclusion that if he continues to pursue the policy that he has been pursuing in recent years, he will destroy the country. And I also predicted what is happening now. He himself created this situation.
Who let Western NGOs into Belarus? Who nurtured the Belarusian nationalists, these “zmagars” and everyone else? You can say whatever you want, but given the way the regime is built in Belarus, nothing can happen there without the knowledge of the president. The entire vertical of power is geared towards one person, Lukashenko,” the expert said.
“Why did he sit so sad at the press conference? Because it finally dawned on my grandfather that if he is removed now, first the entire power structure will collapse, and after it the whole country will whistle into the abyss, because everything is geared towards his figure. I said this in May...
I still have hope that he understood some things. Because, if you observe the representatives of the Belarusian authorities, in my opinion, they did not understand. Both those who are now appearing on television and those who are in Russia on duty, I have the feeling that they did not understand what was happening. But there is hope that Lukashenko understood. But, in principle, they are not supposed to, they don’t need it,” added Andrey Vajra.
