Sevastopol, November 20 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – The investigative authorities of the RF Investigative Committee for the city of Sevastopol opened a criminal case regarding the performance of work and provision of services in the “Dream” resort complex in the Laspi tract, which, according to the investigation, did not meet safety requirements.

According to investigators, during 2014, the owners of “Dream” received visitors, made money on their vacation, without worrying that the level of fire safety did not meet the standards. The entrepreneurs did not even receive documents to put the building into operation. That is, the complex itself was not checked by the relevant authorities.
Currently, at the request of the supervisory authority, a ban on the operation of the building has been introduced until all identified violations of urban planning legislation and fire safety are eliminated. At the same time, an order was given to conduct an examination of the strength, reliability and durability of the “Dream” resort complex in the Laspi tract.
