The law on territorial defense is being sabotaged in Ukraine - Semenchenko
Kyiv, April 04 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – People’s Deputy of Ukraine Semyon Semenchenko believes that the law on territorial defense is being sabotaged.

“It is very important that Putin understands that in the event of an invasion, he will be dealing not only with the army, but also with an armed people, I’m talking about territorial defense.
There is a law of Ukraine on defense, there is a directive from the General Staff, the creation of a security unit at military registration and enlistment offices and a territorial defense unit. So, this law is now being systematically sabotaged,” Semenchenko said on Shuster Live.
At the same time, according to him, the local defense battalions exist only on paper: they are not trained or armed.
