Sumy, April 08 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – In the Konotop district of the Sumy region, a woman killed her daughter, explaining her crime by lack of money.

As reported by the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Sumy region, upon arriving at the call, police officers found a 5-year-old girl strangled in her bed, and a note on the table next to her.
The note on behalf of the baby’s mother stated that she strangled her because the family had no money.
Her father found the child and immediately called the police. In the note she left, the girl's mother asked to bury her daughter in the clothes she had already dressed the child in. She blamed her cohabitant, the father of the child, for her decision. She accused him of having a bad attitude towards herself and lack of money. “It feels like in this way she wanted to take revenge on him for his insults. In addition to everything, she said that she would also commit suicide,” the police said, putting the woman on the wanted list.
