Sevastopol - Simferopol, December 03 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) - In the two largest cities of Crimea, problems with power supply have been observed since Wednesday morning; in the center of the Crimean capital, heating radiators in citizens’ apartments are cooling down.

Thus, according to Sevastopolenergo, at 08.32, due to a short-term system failure on the line supplying Crimea, there was a partial power outage in Sevastopol.

“The emergency services of Sevastopolenergo are working to restore the power supply in full,” the power company said in a statement.

In the center of Simferopol, power outages also occurred at about 8.30. According to consumers, the voltage in the network began to drop sharply.

“The stabilizer toggle switches clicked sharply, some of the devices turned off, some continued to work. I contacted Karl Marx to withdraw money from the ATM, but I was unsuccessful, the monitor said “technical failure.” The voltage in the apartment is fluctuating, all this for several hours is accompanied by continuous clicks of the stabilizers, which is unnerving. The radiators in the apartment began to cool down, they called the boiler room, they said it was due to electricity,” Tatyana, a resident of Serova Street, told PolitNavigator.

According to eyewitnesses, in the morning the light disappeared in the Scarlet Sails kindergarten, in the passages, and in the General Store supermarket. A number of traffic lights on the central streets of Simferopol did not work.
