Local residents spoke about this in an interview with Independent Television of Sevastopol. They claim that work on the construction of a ten-story building does not stop even at night. The construction site is adjacent to the territory of the kindergarten.
The “natives” of the Nakhimovsky district have been opposing construction for two years now. The GASK inspection officially reported that the developer does not have a permit to carry out work, the declaration has not been registered, and some clauses of the Agreement on the allocation of land have been violated.
As a result of construction, the retaining wall of the kindergarten began to slide into the foundation pit.
The developer Vasily Cherkas does not contact the press.
Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Sergei Nikonov, in a private conversation with a Navigator correspondent, said that the entrepreneur’s activities are connected with the business interests of the ex-mayor of Sevastopol Valery Saratov.
The Nakhimov Prosecutor's Office told the NTS TV channel that work is currently underway on the fact of illegal construction.
