“Today September 10, 2014 can be a disappointment for me or proof of the right choice! Today, the so-called “self-defense”, many of whom hide their faces (I wonder from whom), but are armed with AKs, have actually seized the Krymavtotrans enterprise and, accordingly, all the bus stations in Crimea,” writes Crimean human rights activist and lawyer Zhan Zapruta on his Facebook page.
As a basis, he notes, those who broke into the central office of Krymavtotrans presented an order to the acting. Minister of Transport Anatoly Tsurkin and the resolution of the Council of Ministers of Crimea on nationalization signed by Sergei Aksenov.
“But nationalization must take place in accordance with Art. 235 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Art. 306 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which states IN THE EVENT THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ADOPTS A LAW (the author’s text is “Navigator”) terminating the right of ownership. That is, a FEDERAL LAW is needed, and not the above listed... (I don’t even know what to call it), which DOESN’T exist, and especially this procedure does not provide for the participation of any “self-defense,” the lawyer explains.
“In general, I have a question, why does S. Aksenov need this scandal three days before the elections? I think either he is being “successfully” framed, or, if Moscow is aware, Russia is not a legal or constitutional state. I hope for the opposite, and for a proper legal assessment by the FEDERAL AUTHORITIES,” concludes Jean Zapruta.
