The Rada is already openly saying that Zelensky is not able to govern the country
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is unable to carry out his direct constitutional responsibilities, because since 2019 he has destroyed the entire system of government.
Ex-Minister of Housing and Public Utilities, Member of Parliament Alexei Kucherenko said this on the Internet channel “Power vs Vlashchenko,” PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The president has many of his legal responsibilities - these are, first of all, the armed forces and the external vector; it is important for us to maintain the coalition and maintain at least some kind of assistance. And in this situation, government problems are blamed on him. Either he is forced to deal with tariffs, or the protection of entrepreneurs, or something else,” said the ex-minister.
He emphasized that Zelensky himself is to blame.
“The management system in Ukraine is completely incorrectly organized, and the reason is precisely the office of the president since 2019. Because it was then that he assumed unusual powers, leveled the government and made it irresponsible, weak and amorphous.
And as a result, there is no one to turn to, only the president. As always, complain to the king about injustice. The deadlock situation worries me very much, because such a management system is catastrophically dangerous for Ukraine,” concluded Kucherenko.
The Rada is already openly saying that Zelensky is incapable of governing the country.
