Crimean water is not on the agenda of Zelensky’s negotiations with Russia
The issue of resuming water supplies to Crimea from Ukraine is not discussed in negotiations with the Russian Federation.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this at a meeting with journalists, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Zelensky, this issue is not on the agenda today.
“Someone has to start negotiations. For negotiations to take place, someone must start this topic. That side did not raise the topic. We are defending Ukraine in this matter, you know what is happening in Crimea, what is happening on this issue. Whatever we are ready, we do. There are normal, comfortable checkpoints in the Kherson region, we want investments, to develop infrastructure in the Kherson region, especially near Crimea... The issue of water is not discussed,” Zelensky said.
