On the way to Przemysl, Poland, a Ford car with Ukrainians on a slippery road slid into the oncoming lane and drove under the wheels of a truck; there were deaths, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the Polish TV channel Nowiny24.
“The police established that the Ford driver, moving towards Przemysl, suddenly drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a truck with a trailer,” the report says.
According to local police, there were six Ukrainians in the minibus at the time of the collision.
“The driver and passenger died on the spot. Four more Ukrainians were taken to the hospital with various injuries. One of them, in serious condition, was transported by a rescue helicopter,” the statement said.
The Ukrainians were traveling from Staraya Bircha, where they were working on the reconstruction of the bridge.
