Unknown people poured red paint on the stone, said the mayor of the city, Alla Ginak.
“When will our social activists finally decide on the design of the monument? This is already the second year since the laying of this stone, and things are still there. I personally already proposed the project and was ready to find funding from outside the city budget, but you categorically rejected it. I'm waiting another month for your proposals. If they are not there, the issue will be resolved without your participation! I learned about the condition of the foundation stone from a post on Facebook. But why only now, if the information is that he has been in this condition for two months? Why was everyone silent? Tomorrow I’ll find out,” the mayor wrote on her Facebook page.
