Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Anatoly Gritsenko spoke about this on air on TV channel 112, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“While Russia and I have been in a state of military conflict for four years already, during this time thinking officers and generals in the general staffs have calculated what would happen if Ukraine raised its hands and Russia went. Who could hold her back anymore? Romania? Slovakia? Hungary? Poland? Germany, which became so peace-loving after World War II that it can field four times fewer tanks than we can, and it is not going to fight there, and its soldiers serve in the morning and spend the night at home in the evening. And they shed tears, and now began to review all their plans behind closed doors,” Gritsenko said.
