Kyiv, February 16 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko should dissolve the Verkhovna Rada if it does not adopt a resolution in support of the Minsk agreements. An expert from the Anatoly Sobchak Foundation, Sergei Stankevich, stated this on the air of the talk show “Evening”.

After this, he said, the people must make their choice.
“Petro Poroshenko needs to go to the Verkhovna Rada and invite it to make a choice in front of all the people - to vote for a resolution in support of the Minsk agreements. Make a choice - either peace with Europe, or war, but you will be extremists in the eyes of Europe.
If the Verkhovna Rada does not vote in the majority of the resolution in support, he has every right, together with his party, to leave the coalition and initiate early elections in May of this year,” Stankevich said.
