“In 10 years of working in the district administration, I don’t remember such weather. Most of the Left Bank was left without electricity, and some houses had no water. And the district administration itself is now without electricity,” said the duty officer of the Ordzhonikidze district administration.
The situation is no better in the Oktyabrsky district: 98 transformer substations are out of order. In the private sector of the Park village, on the territory of city hospital No. 3, wires are broken. The restoration of power lines is hampered by wind.
