There is a possibility of flooding of low-lying areas of the area, disruption of stormwater systems, restrictions during emergency restoration work, damage (breakage) of power lines and communication lines, and disruption of vehicle traffic.
Rescuers remind Crimeans and guests of the peninsula that they must adhere to safety rules during strong winds. It is recommended to close windows and vents, try not to be near dilapidated buildings, old dry trees, unstable structures and, if possible, not to be under billboards and power lines.
