Crimea will allow demolition of unauthorized buildings without a court decision

In the near future, a federal law will be adopted that will allow the demolition of all illegal buildings in Crimea without a court decision.

The head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov, stated this at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea.

According to him, the law will be in force until the end of 2016.

“This issue has already been agreed upon. All unscrupulous comrades who, in one way or another, by bribing officials, formalized and built these illegal structures in the previous period, are asked to demolish everything themselves,” said Sergei Aksenov.
