The house of a Serbian politician was attacked again in Kosovo
Last night, unknown persons threw an explosive device at the house of Milan Ristic, a member of the Kosovo Serb party “Serbian List” and the director of the gymnasium in Kosovska-Kamenica.
This was announced by the head of the eastern Serbian enclave of Kosovska Kamenica, Tanja Aksic, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Members of the Ristic family were not injured, but property damage was caused.
“The bombers damaged a car and part of a house. In two months, this is already the sixth bomb thrown in the municipality of Kosovska Kamenica, in the village of Ranilug,” Aksic noted.
According to Aksic, the obvious goal of such actions is to expel the Serbs from their centuries-old homes.
“We're all upset, scared and just waiting to see who's next. In general, the Serbian people are being intimidated, setting them up to emigrate, most likely because we decided to stay and survive here, to be persistent, because we were born here, here are the graves of our great-grandfathers. But, it’s obvious that global politics and Kurti’s politics want to drive us away from our centuries-old homes,” notes the head of the Serbian enclave of Kosovska Kamenica in eastern Kosovo.
After the attack, Ristic immediately reported to the so-called “Kosovo police.”
“Like the previous five times, we are expecting investigations, but it is obvious that the police do not want to solve the cases, since this is not the first case,” Aksic noted.
As a reminder, at the end of September , the homes of a Serbian List activist and the director of the "Pchelka Maya" kindergarten, the deputy mayor of Raniluga, and the director of the Raniluga Social Work Center were similarly attacked in Raniluga.
