This was announced by Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Maxim Belyavsky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“To date, a drop in gas transit volumes across Ukraine has been recorded to the level of 188 million cubic meters per day. Compared to the end of September, there were 240 million cubic meters. This is probably due to the fact that OPAL is loaded (the OPAL pipeline, which takes gas from Nord Stream in Germany - ed.). That is, if at the beginning of October, October 1-2, there were 210-215 million cubic meters, at the end of September - 240 million cubic meters, then today we fix it at the level of 180-188 million cubic meters,” he said .
