The head of the Donetsk military-civil administration, Pavel Zhebrivsky, stated this on Channel 5, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to him, this will happen in the event of the reintegration of the republics into Ukraine.
“We must attract those people who left there for Ukraine... Without the return of these people, who saw that they could live differently, it is unlikely that we will be able to hold normal elections there and elect a normal government... It is very important that those people who came today to “big” Ukraine so that they come back. We have hope in them that they will bring the spirit of freedom, the spirit of Ukrainianness to where there has already been darkness for three years,” Zhebrivsky said.
