In Kyiv they fear that Zakharchenko may go to Trump’s inauguration
The fact that President Poroshenko was not invited to Donald Trump’s inauguration does not bode well for the Ukrainian leadership.

Pavel Rudyakov, director of the Perspektiva information and analytical center, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, answering a question about the prospects for a meeting between Petro Poroshenko and Donald Trump.
"We know. that Trump's inauguration is January 20th. We were told that Pyotr Alekseevich was coming. Then [Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States] Valeriy Chaly, returning from the radio station where he campaigned for a pretty American girl, Bill Clinton’s wife, says that Poroshenko was not invited because this is not accepted in America. A week passes. There is a powerful power like us in the Balkans, called Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is a federal state, which includes the Republika Srpska. It has all the attributes of statehood, its own president is Milorad Dodik. And a week ago he said that he was invited to Trump’s inauguration,” said the political scientist.
“And Dodik, so you understand, is Alexander Zakharchenko or Plotnitsky, but only officially recognized by the central government. And he was invited. Where are we? I don’t know, I think Zakharchenko was not invited, although he is silent. Maybe he will be invited too. These are scary things. But we are not invited. What is February? What year? Who can come there to ask if you will accept Poroshenko? These are things that can have very bad consequences for both the country’s leadership and the population,” Rudyakov concluded.
