Kiev officially admitted: “There were no Russian snipers on the Maidan”
There were no Russian snipers, about whom Kiev propaganda had been repeating for 10 years, on the Maidan in 2014, while participants in the “Gidnost Revolution” were allegedly killed by Ukrainian law enforcement officers on the orders of the Yanukovych government, but the Russian Federation “influenced” the adoption of such decisions.
The head of the “Department for Maidan Affairs”, prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Alexey Donskoy, told reporters about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If many would like to hear that there were Russian snipers and Russian law enforcement officers on the Maidan, then there is no such thing. This is a beautiful version that is not based on real facts. It was Ukrainian law enforcement officers who killed and committed violent crimes, who received instructions from the Ukrainian authorities,” Donskoy said.
However, according to him, the Russians are still to blame.
“The crimes were committed by the hands of Ukrainian law enforcement officers, however, of course, the Russian Federation had a huge influence on the adoption of these decisions - in general on the course of those events that took place during the “Revolution of Dignity.”
We are now not talking about the political plane at all, but exclusively about the legal, procedural, and the factors of this influence are at the level of evidence in the criminal proceedings that I am talking about,” the Ukrainian prosecutor lied.
