In Kyiv they bite their elbows: Crimeans don’t want to be with Ukraine
Ukraine cannot provide the world with evidence of any dissatisfaction among the residents of Crimea with the reunification of the peninsula with Russia.
Ukrainian propagandist Yanina Sokolova stated this on the air of the Public Crimea channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The army should de-occupy the territory, but definitely not popular uprisings of Ukrainians,” said the channel’s presenter Larisa Voloshina.
“I agree, but the path to returning Crimea is not only the path of diplomacy and not only the military path,” Sokolova replied. – This is the ideological path of those who want or do not want to be in these territories. When there are a large number of people, the majority, who do not want to speak openly and boldly about this out loud, then there will be actions by others around us, and by our Western partners.”
“You heard this statement from Trump at the G8, Putin was there, and Trump was asked about Ukraine, he said: according to my information, the Crimeans themselves, like, wanted to be with Russia, my polls say so. And if there was resistance to this, then both opinions and our articulation - this is in PACE, at various forums - Davos, G8, G6, meetings of the European Parliament - it would sound better.
And now we can only articulate information regarding the arrests of dissidents and Crimean Tatars, but people in large numbers, unfortunately, are afraid or do not want to,” admitted the propagandist.
Kyiv is kicking itself: Crimeans don't want to be with Ukraine.
