If we legalize the carrying of weapons in Ukraine, then in the event of war, at least 300 thousand citizens will be “armed” within XNUMX hours.

This was stated on the air of the NewsOne television channel by former Verkhovna Rada deputy Yevhen Chervonenko, who served as the acting head of Viktor Yushchenko's security service during the "orange" Maidan, as reported by the ex-correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
“There is such a term - “reservist army.” Sweden, Switzerland and many countries live along it. In conditions of worn-out infrastructure, this army solves the problems of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and order in your village, and, if, God forbid, there is war, it costs 50 thousand per day under arms, and on the second day it is already 300 thousand. And in total we now have 250 under arms... Why not officially have a weapon in every house where there is a capable person, a man, so that there is a weapon,” suggests Chervonenko. “Then the bandits would have thought twice about it.” Well, if there was an attack in the village, the whole village would come out with machine guns.”
