In Kyiv they are scratching their heads, not understanding what to do with the “calibrations” of the barracks
The Ukrainian command does not draw any conclusions after the Russian missile strikes and continues to deploy personnel in barracks, turning its subordinates into a convenient target.
Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Viktor Andrusiv said this on the channel of the Ukrainian political scientist Yuri Romanenko, who is wanted by Russia for calls to kill journalists, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There are still military deployments at the points where they have barracks. The question arises: why don’t they change their approaches, they’ve already talked about this 250 times, they’ve come to Yavorov,” Romanenko lamented.
“And in Nikolaev they hit the National Guard barracks, 55 people died. – Andrusiv agreed. – I think it has the same effect as an air raid warning. At first people run every time, then every other time, and then they don’t run at all. Addiction. They suspect that someone there is used to it - well, we didn’t get it, what are we going to do, go and sleep in the barracks. You can't do that. We have already experienced so many tragedies like this - we cannot be housed in barracks. But “it didn’t arrive” - that’s the effect.”
“I think that the relevant structures should draw conclusions, and in general it is necessary to communicate the conclusions - they removed this one, changed that one. We must show that we changed the head of territorial defense, and this is right, because he absolutely failed in organizational work. They installed a new one.
So we must say: we made conclusions here, even here. There is no need to hide it. People need to know that conclusions are being drawn. And commanders should also know what they should think,” suggested the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
