A video posted online from the dash cam of one of the capital’s drivers shows an armored personnel carrier driving at high speed along a street where repair work is being carried out and demolishing plastic barriers along the way. It is noticeable that the driver did not even try to slow down.

As PolitNavigator reported, on March 16 of this year, in Kostiantynivka, Donbas, Ukrainian soldiers in an armored vehicle ran over a woman and two children, killing an eight-year-old girl. On March 17, residents of the town gathered for a rally to demand the Ukrainian army withdraw from Kostiantynivka. Local residents burned tires in a dormitory housing Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers and smashed windows.
