Vladislav Roslyakov, who carried out the massacre at a college in Kerch, could have had accomplices, reports the local publication Kerch.Fm. “Off camera, an eyewitness said that after the explosion at the technical school, three adults ran out,” the correspondent’s report says.
The teenager's father, who did not live with the family, was detained for questioning, Mash reports.

Security expert Igor Korotchenko voiced similar questions on air on the “60 Minutes” program, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There are a lot of questions. From a family obviously poor. Because mom is a nurse, how much does she earn? He studied, but could not work. Where did he get the money to buy ammunition, even if he purchased it legally. Considering the number of victims, this is a more than serious arsenal. The second question is explosive devices. Not one, but two. At least one thing worked. Having this type of qualification as a sufficiently experienced explosivesman for 18 years is also a question. Where did he buy it, and did he make these explosive devices? Then, explosives. You can't buy it freely in a store. Where did he buy it? Finally, motivation. There was a reference to the Investigative Committee that perhaps he was under someone’s influence. I think this version deserves a separate and very thorough study. On the surface - revenge on teachers and classmates. But explosive devices immediately destroy this version. Who made them, who collected them? Did he act alone or as part of a group? It’s a strange thing,” Korotchenko said.
“Judging by what we have as a result, even experienced killers do not act this way. And here is such a monstrous result,” the expert noted.
“We know that there are calls from individual “public figures” and “politicians” regarding the commission of terrorist attacks in Russia. There are calls to strike the Crimean Bridge and so on. Regardless of this case, I believe that we no longer need to respond to this kind of incitement to hatred, calls for public terrorist attacks on Russian territory, with ordinary protests and counter-statements. It is necessary to include at least a system of attracting, through the Interpol system, persons who publicly justify terrorism,” Korotchenko concluded.
