“The system administrator, whose job responsibilities included ensuring information security of a state-owned enterprise of the military-industrial complex, was given an official warning about the inadmissibility of actions that create conditions for the commission of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 273 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Creation, distribution or use of computer programs or other computer information, knowingly intended for unauthorized destruction, blocking, modification, copying of computer information or neutralization of computer information protection means),” the department reported.
