The Prosecutor General's Office questioned the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Onufry.

Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko spoke about this, according to the publication “Ukrainian Truth”.
According to him, the Prosecutor General’s Office is investigating criminal proceedings into the alleged illegal imprisonment of Metropolitan Alexander Drabinko, assistant to the late Primate of the UOC, Metropolitan Vladimir.
“This kidnapping was carried out on the orders of former President Viktor Yanukovych by subordinates of ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Vitaly Zakharchenko. As part of this proceeding, Drabinko was interrogated as a witness and confronted with the deputy of the “Opposition Bloc” Vadim Novinsky. The current head of the UOC was also interrogated,” said the Prosecutor General.
He also admits that Novinsky’s status in this proceeding can be reclassified from a witness to a suspect.
As a reminder, Metropolitan Alexander Drabinko gained notoriety for his promotion of the autocephaly of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the numerous corruption scandals associated with his activities.
