Europe wants to ban circumcision for Muslims and Jews
The prevailing desire in Europe to separate society and religion provokes the emergence of religious terrorism. This was stated at a press conference by Vakhtang Kipshidze, Deputy Chairman of the Synodal Department for Relations of the Church with Society and the Media of the Moscow Patriarchate.

“Jewish Muslims and Jews tell us that they are trying to declare male circumcision an inhumane practice. You can go to the point of absurdity and declare baptism as violence against an infant. This kind of idea can arise in a society that denies the right of a religious idea to form public space. And this contributes to the emergence of religious radicalism,” Kipishidze said.
According to him, the West is dominated by the idea that a person, leaving a temple, mosque, or synagogue, must renounce his religious beliefs and live according to the laws of a secular society.
“But if faith does not determine a person’s behavior outside the temple, he is dead. Representatives of all traditional religions are united in this. Unfortunately, this is not obvious to those who consider religious secularism the only possible platform for interreligious communication. Secularism taken to the point of absurdity is a factor in the growth of religious extremism,” Kipishidze said.
