The DPR wants to begin the restoration of Debaltsevo starting tomorrow
Donetsk, February 18 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – “Restoration work in Debaltsevo will begin on February 19,” said the new head of the Debaltsevo administration, Alexander Afendikov, appointed by the leader of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko.

“Starting tomorrow, restoration work will begin in Debaltseve; we will organize places for the temporary deployment of people, food points and places for civilians to live. Humanitarian and financial assistance centers for low-income residents will also be opened. Points for issuing appropriate material assistance will be organized,” he said.
“We will provide shelter and food, places for redeployment are ready,” Afendikov emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian troops withdrew from Debaltseve today.
The DPR plans to begin rebuilding Debaltseve tomorrow.
